Mini Merchants ("Mini Merchants," "the App," "we," or "our") is a kid-friendly point-of-sale and store management application for iOS. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Mini Merchants handles your information.

Data Collection

Mini Merchants does not collect any data. Specifically:

• We do not collect personal information
• We do not collect usage analytics or statistics
• We do not collect device identifiers
• We do not collect location data
• We do not use cookies or tracking technologies
• We do not collect information about your store, products, inventory, orders, sales, reports, receipts, or payment preferences

Data Storage

All data created within Mini Merchants—including store settings, categories, products, inventory images, orders, receipts, reports, and preferences—is stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers.

Mini Merchants includes import and export tools that let you create a backup of your store data. Exported files leave the App only when you choose to share or save them using the iOS share sheet.

Third-Party Services

Mini Merchants does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. The App can be used without an account and does not require an internet connection for core store management, checkout, receipt, and reporting features.

Mini Merchants uses Apple's standard iOS features for camera access, barcode scanning, photo selection, and sharing. These interactions occur on your device and are initiated by you.

Payments and Venmo QR Codes

Mini Merchants does not process payments or connect directly to payment accounts. Cash payments are recorded locally for checkout and reporting purposes. If you import a Venmo QR code, the image is stored on your device and displayed during checkout. Mini Merchants does not access your Venmo account, credentials, transaction history, or payment information.

Mini Merchants is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, missed sales, payment issues, or unintended actions resulting from the use of Mini Merchants
• We are not liable for any data loss that may occur on your device
• We are not responsible for any interactions between Mini Merchants and third-party apps or services, including Venmo or Apple sharing services

You use Mini Merchants at your own risk. You are solely responsible for the store information, pricing, inventory, orders, receipts, and payment details you enter or share.

Children's Privacy

Mini Merchants is designed to help young entrepreneurs learn how to run a small shop, and children should use the App with the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users. Since Mini Merchants does not collect user data, no children's personal information is transmitted to us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Mini Merchants after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
